Terms of Use
TruthFoundry is a read-only news intelligence index over publicly available RSS feeds, for humans and AI agents. By using the site or API you accept these terms.
Indexing & attribution
TruthFoundry indexes publicly available RSS feeds. Every item is attributed to its original publisher with a direct link to the source. The public site and API serve derived data only - headlines, structured fields, and AI-generated summaries - never the full text of a source article. We publish metadata and cross-source synthesis, not articles.
Publisher removal
Publishers may request removal or adjust inclusion at drm3.io/publisher-opt-out.
Provenance
Every article carries an Ed25519 provenance receipt documenting when it was fetched and from which feed. Generated briefs and answers carry a receipt over the model output.
AI-generated content & no advice
Summaries, market briefs, signals, and answers are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Market signals and the metrics shown (extremity, statistical outliers) are derived analytics, not investment, financial, or trading advice. Do your own research.
API terms
API keys are personal to your account and rate-limited per tier. You may build products on TruthFoundry output with attribution; you may not resell raw feed dumps, attempt to extract or reconstruct full article text, or circumvent rate limits or gating. Keys violating these terms are revoked.
Alpha, as-is
TruthFoundry is alpha software provided “as is”, without warranty. Access, fields, and limits may change. The API requires a key and is rate-limited; abuse, scraping around limits, or attempts to overload the service may result in revocation.
